Rhetoric Dean of Studies

Providence Christian Academy is seeking a full time Rhetoric School Dean of Studies. Qualified candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in an educational setting, a strong understanding of the Bible, and a degree in education or a related field. The Rhetoric Dean of Studies oversees curriculum direction, research, and development, while supporting teaching and learning for grades 9-12. Primary responsibilities include coaching teachers in biblical and classical integration, monitoring the implementation and ongoing development of the curriculum, serving on the accreditation team, managing rhetoric scheduling, and assisting with standardized testing. The Rhetoric Dean of Studies will also collaborate with classroom teachers to promote innovative instructional practices and help evaluate the effectiveness of teaching methods.
