SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the school's executive team, the Director of Admissions will lead and manage the Admissions Department using sound business practices and principles, ensuring compliance with all governmental, accreditation, and company polices/procedures Responsible for the overall administration of interviewing, enrolling, starting, and retaining new students for the campus Ensure Admissions Advisors uphold the core values of the school and the highest standards of ethics and truthfulness in providing information to prospective students Conduct Admissions Advisor oberservations and document results; use the observations to identify areas for improvement and additional training Effectively maintain communications with other departments to convey student needs
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree in Business, Education, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in Education Admissions Management and Leadership required Demonstrated highest levels of integrity and professionalism in all areas, including attitude, demeanor, and appearance Effective leadership skills, including the ability to train, develop, motivate, and lead sales professionals Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work within tight deadlines Capacity to lead and work in an observation/coaching/training style environment Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated success in collaborating with diverse groups of employees and customers MS Office Skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Proven track record of integrity, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements
Job Type :
This is a 40+ hour per week position paid on a salaried basis
HOURS :
Hours will vary and include both day and evening hours, and some Saturday availability
TRAVEL :
Travel is minimal and mostly local, but occasional travel for training may be required
