Job Description
Campus Director Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the campus, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for students
- Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives to meet the needs of students
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure effective delivery of curriculum and instruction
- Provide leadership and guidance to faculty and staff, fostering a positive and supportive work culture
- Monitor student progress and provide support and intervention as needed
- Coordinate campus events, such as parent-teacher conferences, open houses, and graduation ceremonies
- Maintain communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and campus updates
- Collaborate with community organizations to enhance educational opportunities for students
- Manage the campus budget and allocate resources effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of educational policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive student success
- Proficiency in technology tools and platforms used in education
