Job Description Summary:
The purpose of this position is to provide clerical and reception support to Office of the Registrar and for related department activities. This is accomplished by answering the phone and providing information, directing callers and visitors to activities and information, processing forms and correspondence, filing, ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment, and researching and verifying information. Other duties include entering information and maintaining records, mailing documents, and assisting with other general office activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalency. Six months office/clerical related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with electronic records management systems. Special Instructions to
