Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic organization as the Regional Director of Learning and Development, a pivotal leadership role dedicated to shaping and advancing our learning initiatives across multiple schools. In this energetic position, you will play a key role in shaping and overseeing educational programs, ensuring they align with institutional goals and meet the needs of students and educators. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring the education team at each school meets the required expectations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for education. The Regional Director of Learning and Development is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of educational programs and educators within the institution. Duties Lead and oversee comprehensive onboarding process for all new hires Classroom support by conducting walkthroughs at each campus Provide hands on support for new hires Collaborate with education coaches to support classroom observations and feedback sessions Oversee faculty training Oversee assessments and conferences Support school management team as needed Assist with recruiting Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail and strong organizationl skills Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to foster a positive learning enviornment Ability to manage and mentor educators to maintain high teaching standards Ability to develop long-term educational strategies to improve student outcomes and organizational growth Embark on this exciting journey with us as we transform workforce capabilities through innovative education strategies! Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
