Job Description
Must be available 7 days a week, mornings and evenings all year. Long term commitment at least 2 years. A Program Director takes the reigns and is a leader of Serious Fun with staff and membership, during our regularly scheduled classes, birthday parties, camps and other events. What we expect from you… Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!) Provide outstanding customer service and experience. We treat our members like family here. (sometimes a smile goes a long way!) Create a warm and fun environment for the Children each class. Treat each class and each child as if it's their first day - EVERY WEEK! Oversee the full of breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members Work with your staff to be their best selves and to teach the best classes! Inspire cleanliness with daily, weekly, monthly, yearly gym maintenance. Excite and invite all new customers to become part of The Little Gym family! Being able to pitch in when needed for staff coverage 30-35 hours a week plus any covered shifts, as needed You'd fit in here if… You love having fun, encouraging kids and giving High-5's!
