Job Description

Mind Above Matter (MAM) is a leading provider of behavioral health services offering the full continuum of outpatient care for adolescents through adulthood. We offer expert treatment and compassionate adolescent/adult - centered care supporting mental health. We provide services at our locations located in Texas, in the Burleson and Keller areas and maintain partnerships with numerous local school districts. We are currently hiring an intake therapist / counselor (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A) that is looking to use their training and skills to make a difference in an adolescent / adult life. We are seeking an experienced therapist / counselor to complete intake assessments for Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) / Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) levels of care at our Lewisville, TX location.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform client intake assessment Ensure completion of intake packet Determine appropriate level of care following intake assessment Complete program data entry for intake and discharge Organize calendar for available intake appointments Maintain communication with referral source Establish and maintain effective relationships with client and families Assists families with crisis intervention during intake as needed Updates charts in CRM and EMR systems
Requirements:
Masters Degree Current clinical license (LPC-Associate, LPC, LMFT-Associate, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW)
Preferred:
Experience working in a higher level of care (inpatient and/or PHP/IOP)
Preferred:
