$45+, dependent on experience Guaranteed hours, competitive hourly pay, and a weekly direct deposit!
Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a skilled Educational Diagnostician for an in-person special education leadership role on a campus in Princeton, TX. The Educational Diagnostician will serve as the SPED point person on campus, supporting compliance, evaluations, ARD facilitation, and staff guidance in a rapidly growing district.
Responsibilities :
Conduct educational evaluations and support the special education evaluation process. Facilitate ARD meetings and ensure ARDs and special education documentation remain compliant. Coach and support staff with IEP development, including PLAAFP-to-goal alignment. Collaborate with campus staff and administration to support students and meet special education requirements.
Qualifications :
Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician certification required. School-based special education experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Calm under pressure with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing district.
Schedule :
Daily campus presence required. One remote day per week may be available when no campus duties are needed.
