Required Qualifications:
Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position. Demonstrated knowledge of basic budget principles and procedures Experience using electronic financial software Experience using Microsoft Office Experience balancing and reconciling a budget Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP, Marketplace , and Concur. Experience in higher education budgeting processes and procedures. Strong organizational skills. Job Description Responsible for monitoring and administering budgets at the department/office level. Responsible for providing budget change data entry, technical advice and support departmental/office account managers. Job Duties Assist Director with all budget accounts. Reconciliations for all budgets. Process invoices and checks for accuracy. Maintain and assist Director/Faculty with departmental operating, internal grants, REP accounts, and start-ups. Coordinate Travel requests and reimbursements. Process paperwork for scholarship recipients and handles scholarship fund balances for committee. Create purchase requisitions and associated tracking , receiving and troubleshooting. Completes all school deposits. Order general office supplies and lab supplies for faculty. Filing of all accounting information.
