Job Description

The Thrive Program Director will direct and supervise daily operations of The City of Winooski's state-licensed Thrive After School and Summer Program, which provides school-age children (grades K - 5) in Winooski with an enriching experience during out-of-school time throughout the year. The Thrive Program Director will work collaboratively with the Thrive Program Assistants to develop and implement age-appropriate enrichment activities, set up and maintain a safe environment that complies with licensing regulations, and oversee daily operations and staffing.
