Role:
Stratton Aviation, LLC is seeking an Order Processing Associate to support the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. This role works closely with the Sales and Operations teams to convert approved customer orders into executable sales orders, ensuring order details, pricing, documentation, and required approvals are complete and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring sales orders reflect approved quotes, customer purchase orders, and applicable commercial terms. Review and validate key order information including customer details, part numbers, quantities, pricing, shipping requirements, payment terms, and requested delivery dates. Verify required pricing approvals and supporting documentation are in place prior to order creation and release. Prioritize incoming orders based on customer urgency and operational requirements, including expedited and Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) requests. Identify and resolve order discrepancies by coordinating with Sales and other internal teams before orders move forward. Maintain complete and accurate order records and supporting documentation to ensure traceability, compliance, and efficient downstream fulfillment. Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Ability to prioritize urgent and time-sensitive orders. Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
