Student Pastor - Redmond Campus Full-Time Timberlake Church is an impactful, fast-growing, and increasingly diverse community committed to helping people find and follow Jesus. We embrace innovation and creativity to reach people effectively, with multiple locations across the Seattle Metro area and Southern Washington. The Student Pastor at the Redmond Campus is part of the Redmond student team, working alongside other student pastors to reach and disciple middle and high school students. This role carries a particular focus on middle school ministry, with a heart for building authentic relationships and creating environments where students grow in their faith.
Areas of Oversight & Core Responsibilities:
Build genuine relationships with students and create consistent opportunities for discipleship. Teach and communicate the gospel in ways that connect with middle and high school students. Develop and invest in volunteers, helping them grow as leaders and disciplemakers. Collaborate with the Redmond student team to serve both middle and high school ministry with alignment and shared momentum. Invest in local partnerships and contact work at local schools. Other duties as assigned.
Who This Role Is For:
Loves students and knows how to build trust with them over time. Communicates effectively with teenagers in both large group and one-on-one settings. Galvanizes and develops volunteers. Works hard and is outcome-driven. Demonstrates flexibility and passion. Takes the work seriously, but not themselves. Will make Timberlake your church home. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.
Position Details:
Full-time (Sunday-Thursday, with flexibility for occasional Friday/Saturday events)
Benefits:
Accrued PTO, comprehensive insurance: medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, LTD. 403B retirement plan with employer match after year one.
Pay range:
$52,000 - $65,000/year DOE.
