https://www.instagram.com/lifeatcw/ Job Summary Provides leadership in clinical practice, education, evidence based practice (EBP), and professional development across the Connected for Kids partnership with Emplify Health by Bellin, Froedtert - ThedaCare and Children's Wisconsin. This role is responsible for coordinating and implementing a broad range of clinical education activities that support clinical teams, patients, and families through pediatric patient education programs and onboarding initiatives. Master's Degree in Nursing required. 5+ years of clinical practice/education experience required. Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive and clinical stakeholders required. Experience managing complex project planning/implementations in a matrixed environment required. Strong execution skills. Analytic skills that are conceptual, as well as, practical. Demonstrated interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with and influence others. Requires a highly motivated, self-directed individual who can operate independently and drive initiatives forward with minimal day to day supervision. Requires independent judgment to develop, implement and monitor nursing care practices. Uses Microsoft Office (and other software) tools to enhance workflow and achieve work efficiencies within the role. Ability to prioritize work queues and balance/reconcile many stakeholders' expectations simultaneously. License RN-Registered Nurse (30) - State of Wisconsin required. BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council required. ANCC-Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist - American Nurses Credentialing Center preferred. Children's Wisconsin is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
