Job Description Qualification:
College Degree, must provide Transcripts Valid and Current Arizona Teaching Certificate Able to obtain or possess an Arizona DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Reports to:
Principal Job and Performance Responsibilities:
Planning and Preparation:
The teacher consistently plans instruction/activities using the state standards, effective strategies, resource, and data to meet the needs of all students.
Learning Environment:
The teacher uses resources, routines and procedures to provide a respectful, positive, safe, student-centered learning environment.
Instructional Skills:
The teacher uses effective instructional delivery strategies and engages students in higher-order thinking skills.
Professionalism:
The teacher maintains a commitment to professional ethics, communicates effectively, demonstrates an understanding of the curriculum, subject content and the developmental needs of students, and takes responsibility for and participates in professional growth that results in enhanced student learning.
Other duties:
The teacher performs other duties as assigned by the principal and superintendent.
Evaluation:
