Responsibilities:
plan and prepare appropriate, individualized learning experiences. provide appropriate instruction to students based on their personal needs. differentiate instruction based on students unique needs. use an assortment of appropriate assessment tools and methods to measure student performance. meet regularly with administration and colleagues to ensure effectiveness of curriculum planning. meaningfully integrate technology to enhance instruction. establish and communicate clear learning objectives for all activities. prepare the classroom for effective instruction. instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment. manage student behavior in the classroom by creating a culture of learning in the classroom. maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development. communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues and parents regarding student progress and student needs. engage in professional development to maintain the highest level of professional capacity.
