Elementary Teacher

Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to provide a Christ-centered, academically rigorous education for elementary students (K-5). This role is responsible for creating a structured, engaging classroom environment while supporting students' academic, social, and spiritual growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver instruction across core subjects, including Reading, Writing, Math, Science, History, Geography, Bible, and Character Education Develop and implement engaging lesson plans using the school's curriculum Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners Maintain accurate student records, assessments, and reports Communicate regularly with parents through newsletters, emails, and conferences Collaborate with grade-level teams and faculty to support student success Supervise students during school activities and uphold high behavioral standards Integrate technology to enhance student learning Participate in school events, committees, and professional development Create a well-organized, engaging, and positive classroom environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required Teaching credential required (California or equivalent) Student teaching or classroom experience required
