The Walker School is seeking an engaging and innovative Middle and Upper School Latin Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. About the Role The successful candidate will teach Intro to Latin, Latin II, and Latin III in small classes of approximately 8 to 16 students. Our Latin program incorporates spoken Latin, comprehensible input, storytelling, culture, and meaningful communication to make the ancient world relevant to today's learners. What We're Looking For We are seeking a Latinist who: Creates an engaging, student-centered, and low-anxiety classroom Builds meaningful relationships with students Brings creativity, curiosity, and enthusiasm to the study of Latin Values collaboration, professional growth, and involvement in school life Holds a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree or advanced coursework preferred Why The Walker School?
