Develop, adapt, and update course syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments to support college and career readiness. Create and maintain an inclusive, well-managed classroom that supports diverse learners and promotes student success. Use assessment data and student feedback to monitor progress and adjust instruction to improve learning outcomes. Collaborate with high school and college faculty, counselors, and administrators to support student pathways and program alignment. Communicate with students and families, as appropriate, regarding progress, expectations, and available support resources. Integrate educational technology and learning management systems to enhance instruction and student engagement. Participate in professional development, departmental meetings, and college/school initiatives to support continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and documentation in compliance with institutional and state requirements. Uphold college, district, and state policies, including FERPA and student conduct standards.
