What You'll Do:

Deliver engaging Math and Science lessons that spark curiosity and deepen understanding Adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs and learning styles Track and celebrate student progress regularly Create a classroom culture that's welcoming, respectful, and focused on growth Use proven, research-based teaching strategies and school-approved curricula Collaborate with colleagues and communicate clearly with families about student success Integrate technology to enhance learning experiences Participate in school-wide activities that enrich student life and learning

Who You Are:

Licensed to teach in Ohio with a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Comfortable in a supportive coaching environment with frequent feedback and growth opportunities Skilled communicator, both written and verbal Able to maintain confidentiality and manage diverse student settings confidently Experienced working in urban school environments and dedicated to equity in education Ready to pass background checks and uphold our commitment to a safe, inclusive community Why Work With Us?
