Overview Seeking a strong Christian educator with a love for education and ministry. We follow MA Frameworks, have a comprehensive curriculum for easy planning, classroom sizes cap at 10-12 students. Proficiency in core subjects including literacy, math, science, and social studies. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards Deliver engaging instruction Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies to create a safe and inclusive environment. Assess student progress regularly using formative and summative assessments Incorporate learning technology to enhance instruction Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support students Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field Classroom experience Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning Strong communication skills for engaging students, colleagues, and partnering with parents Ability to proofread student work for accuracy and clarity
