Immediately Job Description Winchester Public Schools is seeking a Grade 3 Teacher with solid background knowledge and experience teaching core subject areas such as reading, writing, math, science and social studies, as well as be comfortable using technology platforms. The candidate should be flexible, hardworking, and willing to try new approaches to teaching and learning that are research-based and endorsed by the district. We are looking for an educator who will be a strong communicator and able to form strong relationships with students, staff, and families. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with the social emotional learning teachings and strategies, growth mindset, and performance-based assessments.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Meet the needs of a variety of learning styles with differentiated instruction. Effectively communicate with students' families. Provide effective instruction and support for all students. Maintain a positive environment Must hold a Valid DESE Teacher Certification Master's plus 3 years experience
Compensation Range:
$63,787-$136,191
