Job Description

Position Summary:
The Teacher Leader serves as the primary mentor, coach, and co-teacher for a Resident Teacher placed within the Hamilton School District for a full academic year. Unlike traditional 12-week student teaching, this role requires a contract-year commitment to the 80/20
Residency Model:
80% of the Resident's time is spent in the classroom under your guidance, while 20% is protected for their university coursework.
