We are passionate about fostering a joyful, engaging learning environment where students are known, loved, and challenged to grow in both character and knowledge. Our class sizes are intentionally small - around 12 students on average - to ensure each child receives personalized attention. Who We're Looking For We are seeking an experienced and faith-driven teacher who: Loves teaching Bible, History and English Language Arts and can share that passion with their class Is able to teach these courses at the middle school and high school levels Is passionate about seeing students grow academically, emotionally, and spiritually Thrives in an active and engaging environment Lives out a strong Christian faith, serving as an example of Christ-like character to students and families Partners closely with parents to shape students into fruitful adults who are prepared to glorify Christ in all they do Qualifications Bachelor's degree (required). Experience teaching Bible, History and ELA to secondary school-aged students Strong biblical knowledge and personal relationship with Jesus Christ Ability to create a positive, disciplined, and joyful classroom culture Commitment to working as a team member within a growing school Responsibilities Finalize and adapt curriculum plans creatively to meet the needs of all students Maintain constant communication with parents regarding each child's growth, challenges, and achievements Track and document student progress to ensure consistent academic, spiritual, and personal development Participate in training sessions to prepare for the upcoming school year Attend school events such as open houses, parent meetings, and special programs to build strong community relationships Position Details Class sizes between 10-14 students
