MHS is seeking a dynamic High School Social Studies Teacher to prepare and deliver high quality and engaging instruction, so students achieve at or above grade level, despite any prior adverse experiences. MHS teachers deliver lessons and assessments that differentiate instruction, while utilizing data to analyze outcomes and drive achievement to ensure student success. They collaborate to refine and adapt the curriculum to evolve with emerging needs, so students are well prepared for success in their ongoing education and in future careers. MHS Teachers are deeply committed to remediating students to perform well, which requires extensive cross-functional collaboration & a whole child approach to student development. MHS Teachers are required to schedule and complete additional duties to their teaching schedules. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education.
