Position Overview:

We are hiring for an ELA and History teacher across middle and high school grade levels. Teachers at CRCA are expected to provide high-quality instruction, integrate Biblical worldview into lessons, and build strong relationships with students and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction aligned with a Biblical worldview Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and spiritual growth Plan, assess, and differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs Maintain classroom discipline and cultivate a positive, respectful atmosphere Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and administration Participate in school events and ongoing professional development Support the mission and vision of CRCA through modeling Christlike character

Qualifications:

A committed Christian who demonstrates spiritual maturity and alignment with CRCA's statement of faith Prior teaching experience strongly preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
