The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for educating young minds through engaging lesson plans and effective classroom management. This position requires creativity, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. We offer small class sizes and a strong, team-oriented environment. Beginning in Fall 2026, we have openings in Junior High and High School ELA, High School Social Studies, and P.E. Candidates may teach one or a combination of these subject areas. Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles. Utilize learning technology to enhance educational experiences and engage students in interactive learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a respectful and productive learning atmosphere. Handle Multiple-Grade levels in the same classroom. Assess student progress through regular testing, observations, and feedback, ensuring that all assessments are accurately documented. Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administration to create a supportive educational community. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred; teaching certification preferred. Strong skills in behavior management and classroom organization are essential. Proficiency in writing lesson plans, reports, and educational materials with attention to detail. Familiarity with early intervention techniques and tutoring strategies to support diverse learners.
