Department Art and Drama Position Type Non-Exempt Employment Status Adjunct Salary Adjunct Stipend Open Date 11/14/2025 Close Date Open Until Filled No Position Summary Information Job Description Summary The purpose of this position is to teach assigned Drama courses in a variety of times and locations in response to institutional and program need, and maintain appropriate professional relationships with students, colleagues and the community. Courses may include face-to-face and/or online courses and/or dual-credit/early college classes. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in Theatre. Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Demonstrated ability to teach theatre courses. Teaching experience using online platforms such as Canvas or other LMS . Ability to leverage and effectively utilize technology in teaching and learning for both face-to-face and online instruction, including computers, internet resources, and other appropriate media. Preferred Qualifications Master of Fine Arts ( MFA ) degree in Theatre. Experience teaching at the secondary or college level.
