Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and caring Secondary Bible Teacher to manage and educate students in a dynamic, asynchronous learning, digital environment. This role involves guiding students through their spiritual and academic learning by responding to their questions, grading assignments, hosting group sessions, and creating engaging student-centered content. You will also proactively reach out to students needing additional support, utilizing written communication, phone calls, and video/screen-sharing sessions to ensure their success. Key responsibilities include initiating meaningful dialogue with students, adhering to the established curriculum and timeline, and providing additional teaching materials when necessary. The ideal candidate will foster positive, professional relationships with students, parents, peers, and supervisors while maintaining appropriate boundaries with students. Strong communication skills, subject mastery, and a passion for student well-being are essential in this position. Salary & Hours Compensation for this position depends on the candidate's experience and qualifications, the approximate hourly pay range is $18-$24 per hour . We are looking for a full-time individual. At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in biblical or theological subjects. Strong technical proficiency, comfortable navigating digital tools and platforms. Excellent typing speed and accuracy (45+ WPM). Proven ability to build rapport with students and parents in in-person and in a virtual setting. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, online environment. A passion for student success and a sincere desire to make a positive impact on their spiritual and academic growth. Job Responsibilities Manage and educate students in a digital environment. Initiate an engaging dialogue with students. Adhere to the established curriculum and timeline.
