The college is seeking two full-time tenure-track faculty positions in History(beginning August, 2027), rank to be determined by the level of experience and the record of the successful candidates. The first openposition is for a historian specializing in U.S. history. The second open position is for one whose focus lies outside of the U.S., withspecial consideration given to historians of medieval or modern Europe. We would also welcome applications for either position,demonstrating interest and experience in military history. Salary competitive. Qualifications Allapplicants should possess the ability and enthusiasm for teaching courses in the Western and the American Heritage, required components ofthe college's core curriculum. The successful candidates will teach three courses per semester, two of which will be sections of the coreHeritage courses. PhD required.
