Job Description

Modern Languages - Adjunct (Pool) Hartwick College is accepting applications on a continuing basis for instructors who are qualified to teach introductory and intermediate courses in French and Spanish. Qualifications include a masters degree or higher in French, Spanish, Applied Linguistics, or a related field. The expectation is for teaching in-person classes. This pool will be utilized on an as-needed basis, should an opportunity arise, and applications submitted will remain active for up to two years. An independent, residential liberal arts college enrolling approximately 1,100 full-time undergraduates, Hartwick embraces the teacher-scholar model, with teaching excellence as the first priority, and seeks to recruit, retain and promote a diverse workforce.
