Job Description:

The Department of Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics at Syracuse University is seeking a Part-time Instructor to teach one 3-credit section of Arabic V ( ARB 301) in the fall 2026 semester, which begins on August 24, 2026 (appointment begins on August 17, 2026). Arabic V (ARB 301) Continuing proficiency Arabic language course which focuses on more advanced levels of proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and listening. Activities are conducted in Arabic. The hiring rate of pay for the successful candidate will be determined based on their per credit rate history within the hiring department. All positions and offers are subject to funding availability and enrollment.
