Position Summary Teach Legal Environment of Business (either face-to-face or online). The course runs through the fall semester 8/20/26
- 12/11/2026 Job Duties and Responsibilities A face-to-face instructor is expected to do the following: (1) Prepare lectures that encourage engagement with the required materials, (2) prepare and administer grade opportunities including homework, exams, and possibly other grade opportunities, (3) respond to student contact in a timely manner by email, phone, or in-person or virtual meetings; and (4) submit student grades by the required date at the end of the semester.
An online instructor is expected to do the following: (1) Prepare scheduled online (asynchronous) activities that encourage an understanding of covered topics. (2) Provide regular and intentional faculty-to-student engagement. (e.g., engage in topical discussions, provide feedback/interventions, motivate students to be active in the course). (3) Respond to student contact in a timely manner and be available for direct contact with students (e.g., phone call, virtual meeting) if needed. (4) Provide graded activities for the material. (5) Submit student grades by the required date at the end of the semester. Skills Considered Essential for Success

Required Education and/or Experience Applicants for this position should hold a Juris Doctorate and have experience in
