Job Description

Law Librarian I State of Connecticut Judicial Branch Danbury The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch is seeking a Law Librarian I to perform professional to advanced library duties which include providing legal reference and research guidance, instruction in database searching, catalog and collection maintenance. Primary duty station is
Danbury:
In-state travel will be required.
Salary Range:
$77,503 - $97,691/year - plus State of Connecticut benefits. New employees begin at the minimum. The starting salary for existing state employees may be higher than the minimum, in accordance with existing Judicial Branch policy. EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
General Experience:
A Master's degree in Library Science or Information Science from a graduate school accredited by the American Library Association.
Substitutions Allowed:
Three years of experience as a Law Librarian Trainee may be substituted for the General Experience.
