This position is responsible for the management of the cooperative office serving Calhoun, Holmes and Jackson County Public Libraries. PPLCS meets state criteria for State Aid including development of an aggregate budget and statistical reporting, e-rate, coordinated staff training, adult/youth programming and management of centralized KOHA.
