Job Description

Salary Range:
$74,963.20 to $106,204.80
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Includes some evening, weekend, and holiday hours. This is an emergency on-call position.
Job summary:
Plans and coordinates the maintenance, cleaning, and repair of library facilities and leased area and related fixtures including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, energy management, security systems, and various furnishings and equipment as well as the safety of employees and public. Schedules and oversees work performed by staff and outside contractors. Functional direction is exercised over permanent and temporary staff assigned to Facilities Services function.
Minimum qualifications:
Associate's degree from an accredited educational institution and one year of related experience; or three years of related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in building operations, maintenance, and automated HVAC controls. Valid State of Iowa driver's license with satisfactory driving record required. Must be 18 years of age.
