Job Description

Maintain Orchestra Library materials by assisting with the cataloging, tracking, preparation, and organization of music used by the orchestra.

Mark bowings and other information into music parts, as needed Log music into the orchestra library file Catalog music into the orchestra library Duplicate music and create bound parts, as needed Maintain organized music files and library materials Assist with routine library inventory and filing tasks Must be a current member of the BGSU Orchestra in good standing Must be able to work independently Must be able to take detailed direction Must have legible handwriting Must have strong attention to detail Must have the ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner
