COMPANY OVERVIEW
: Our client is building a scalable, enterprise wide content foundation to support marketing, digital commerce, and brand consistency. This team focuses on making digital content easier to find, reuse, and govern across a large organization. You will work cross functionally with stakeholders across creative, marketing, merchandising, and technology.
ROLE SUMMARY
: We are seeking a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Librarian to steward an enterprise DAM ecosystem. You will own governance, taxonomy, metadata strategy, and day to day operations so assets are discoverable, compliant, and reusable across teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
: Develop and maintain metadata schemas, taxonomies, and naming conventions Establish and enforce DAM governance policies and asset lifecycle standards Oversee asset ingestion, tagging, version control, and archival processes Manage digital rights, licensing, usage restrictions, and compliance requirements Administer user roles, permissions, access controls, and platform licensing Partner with teams to support DAM enhancements and integrations with adjacent platforms Create training and documentation to drive adoption and consistent usage Track usage and quality metrics to improve discoverability and operational efficiency
KEY REQUIREMENTS
: Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Science, Information Management, or a related field 3 to 8+ years of experience in DAM, content operations, information architecture, or related work Proven experience building and governing metadata standards and taxonomies Hands on administration experience with enterprise DAM platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Knowledge of digital rights management, licensing, and asset lifecycle practices Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities across stakeholders If this role aligns with your DAM platform administration and content governance experience, apply to be considered.
