Legal Research/Librarian for DTLA Firm at Adams & Martin Group Legal Research/Librarian for DTLA Firm at Adams & Martin Group in Los Angeles, California Posted in about 9 hours ago. $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Researcher/Librarian to provide legal and business research support to attorneys and staff firmwide. This role combines legal research, knowledge management, vendor relations, and emerging technology initiatives, including AI-assisted legal research tools. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal, business, litigation, and investigative research using a variety of online resources. Monitor court dockets, legal developments, and client-related filings. Train attorneys and staff on research tools, techniques, and legal technology. Evaluate and support AI-powered research tools, including CoCounsel and similar platforms. Manage library resources, subscriptions, vendor relationships, and contract renewals. Develop presentations and provide onboarding and training programs. Collaborate with attorneys and leadership to support research and information needs. Qualifications MLS/MLIS and/or JD preferred, or equivalent legal research experience. 5+ years of law firm or professional services research experience preferred. Strong proficiency with Westlaw, LexisNexis, Law360, Accurint, DataTree, and related research platforms. Familiarity with AI-assisted legal research tools. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
