Our Library is seeking a part-time Book Club Associate with a strong commitment to providing superior library service to patrons at the Cook Park and Aspen Drive Libraries.

Hours:

Part-time (20 hours per week), Monday-Friday 9am-1:30pm

Duties & Responsibilities:

Process all holds for members of book clubs (800+ holds/month). Secure copies of materials from other libraries through LINKin and Interlibrary Loan. Maintain and update book club database; create reports when needed. Create schedules for book clubs based on title availability. Update and print book club brochures. Work with Readers' Services Supervisor to coordinate communications with book clubs.

Strong technology skills; previous database experience preferred. Customer service focused. Knowledge of current fiction. Familiarity with online library catalogs. Previous library experience preferred. High School Diploma.
