The Jackson County Public Library is taking applications for one permanent part-time library assistant at the Check Out Desks. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, driver's license with a good driving record and technology skills. Prior customer service experience a plus! Possible scheduled hours for an average of 28 hours per week is:

• Monday 9 am
• 5 pm (7.5 hours)
• Tuesday 10 am
• 7 pm (8 hours)
• Wednesday 9 am
• 7 pm (8 hours)
• Thursday 11:30 am
• 6 pm (Medora 6.5 hours)
• Every other Saturday 9 am
• 1:30 pm (4.

5 hours) Library application MUST be filled out to qualify for an interview. Duties include assisting customers, computer data entry, opening and closing duties, and various clerical assignments at the Seymour, Crothersville and Medora libraries.

Salary:

$15.50 hr. Immediate paid holidays if scheduled. Pro-rated vacation, personal, and sick days after six months.
