• Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:30 am
• 4:00 pm OR 8:00 am
• 4:30 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 2
• 3 weeks of paid on-the-job training.

The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

Answering phones from various facilities, patients, Real Radiology that may be requesting prior studies and reports Uploading received images and reports from outside facilities Sending requests for prior imaging for comparison Completing requests from legal offices, Requests may require burning discs with requested studies up to and including several Mammography modalities such as CT, MRI, and X-Ray Ability to learn One Pacs, Nuance, and Fuiji systems to receive and send tasks You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent experience Must be 18 years of age OR older 1+ years of experience with analyzing and solving customer problems Experience with using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook (Ability to create, edit, copy, send, and save documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence) Ability to work any of our full time, 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:30 am

• 4:00 pm OR 8:00 am
• 4:30 pm from Monday
• Friday.

It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Soft Skills:

Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive

Physical and Work Environment:
