Part Time Elementary School Librarian

The Milan Village School has an opening for a Librarian to provide support in a small group setting, PreSchool to Grade 6. Our team is seeking an energetic, organized, team-oriented, flexible individual. Library duties would consist of one day a week. The ideal candidate has prior experience in this role, and is flexible to adapt to the changing nature of the demands of the public education system. He or she will work closely with the teachers and students as a teacher and instructional partner. Typical tasks include assisting students in the library as well as ways to navigate technology. A love of books and understanding of research sites will help an individual shine in this job.
