A high school diploma A valid state license to practice as an Educational Aide Passage of the Paraprofessional Test, or a two-year college degree Fundamental knowledge of instructional practices, math and reading skills as measured by a screening test Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and/or Board of Education may find appropriate
