WHAT YOU WILL DO

Assists with patron needs in the public computer lab, including but not limited to form completion, printing, and web navigation. Answers basic questions and/or refers visitors to the appropriate point of contact or resource. Reports statistical data regarding assistance provided by the end of the workday. Assists computer lab staff with clerical tasks as needed.

WHO YOU ARE

Students must be registered for undergraduate classes and maintain enrollment status to work in these positions. Students may qualify for Federal Work-Study, which is determined by the Office of Financial Aid. Additional Job-Specific Requirements Students are allowed to work a maximum of eighteen (18) hours per week and cannot work in multiple hourly positions. A work week is Monday-Sunday.
