Job Description

This opportunity runs from August through May, offering a school-year schedule with the support of a dedicated educational community.
What We're Looking For:
Current Alabama Teacher's Certification (with Math endorsement) Bachelor's degree or higher (Math endorsement required) Background in general education (Math and ELA specifically at the secondary level) Ability to build rapport with students and foster engagement Comfort using classroom technology to enhance learning Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and fellow educators Adaptability and professionalism in the school community
Key Responsibilities:
Create and sustain a classroom culture that promotes learning and personal growth Motivate students, assisting them in developing essential academic skills and confidence Incorporate technology into daily instruction to prepare students for a digital world Foster positive relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and volunteers Contribute to school events, staff meetings, and collaborative projects Carry out other duties as assigned by school leadership This contract role is offered onsite, providing you with hands-on teaching experience and opportunities for professional growth throughout the academic year.
