Soliant Education - General Education Teacher Opportunities - Pine Bluff, AR (Music, STEM, ELA, Math, Science, and CTE) Position Overview Soliant is seeking dedicated, student-centered educators to join school districts in Pine Bluff, AR. We are hiring qualified General Education Teachers across multiple content areas, including Music, STEM, English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics, Science, and Career & Technical Education (CTE). The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment, deliver engaging instruction aligned with state standards, and support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. General Education Teacher - Core Responsibilities Job Summary The General Education Teacher develops and implements instructional plans that meet the diverse educational needs of students while promoting achievement, critical thinking, and lifelong learning. Teachers collaborate with school staff, communicate effectively with families, and maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state and district standards. Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records. Assess student performance using formal and informal assessments. Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with administrators, support staff, and fellow educators. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress. Utilize educational technology to enhance instruction and engagement. Participate in professional development, faculty meetings, and school activities. Adhere to district policies, procedures, and state educational requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Valid state teaching certification/licensure in the applicable subject area. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
