Edu-Aids is seeking a dedicated and student-centered General Education Teacher / Interventionist (ELA & Math) to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be passionate aboutsupporting student achievement through targeted academic interventions in English Language Arts (ELA)and Mathematics. This role focuses on identifying learning gaps, delivering evidence-based instruction,and collaborating with educators to help students reach their full academic potential.Key Responsibilities:
Provide targeted ELA and Math intervention services to students requiring academic support. Assess student performance and use data to develop individualized intervention plans. Deliver engaging, evidence-based instruction in individual, small-group, and classroom settings. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies to maximize achievement. Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student success. Assist in identifying students who may benefit from additional academic interventions and support services. Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and intervention outcomes. Implement differentiated instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and school initiatives.Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Education or a related field. Valid Arizona Teaching License required. Experience teaching ELA and/or Mathematics at the elementary, middle, or secondary level preferred. Knowledge of intervention strategies, progress monitoring, and data-driven instruction. Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff. Commitment to improving student outcomes and closing achievement gaps.What We Offer:
