Teacher qualifications:

Positive, energetic personalities who can adapt teaching strategies to meet the learning needs of students Ability to confidently teach Math in the grade levels proficiency is indicated for. Classroom teaching, academic coaching or tutoring experience Dependability, patience, professionalism Resourcefulness Teaching credential, or working towards a credential. Alternatively, a degree in the relevant subject, like Math or a degree with strong math content Team player Excellent communication skills, and ability to explain concepts well for varying learning styles Teacher benefits: Teachers set their own hours for a regular schedule 1:1 instruction All teaching materials are on site Positive teaching atmosphere Excellent compensation Students scheduled back to back with short passing time No 'homework' or 'after hours' for teachers!
