OF CERTIFICATED EMPLOYMENT / TRANSFER OPPORTUNITY
Bilingual and minority candidates are encouraged to apply Learning Post Academy is a Hart District independent study instructional school. Personalized learning plans, study support groups, coordination and support of online courses, and one-on-one instruction are some of the components of this independent study school. Qualifications:
Must possess a valid credential and be highly qualified in one of the subjects listed above.
  • Multi-disciplinary teaching with an emphasis in Math, Science, English or Social Science
  • Knowledge of State Standards and Frameworks
  • Ability and desire to work with individual students and their families
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a "flexible" professional day
  • Desire to work effectively in a small team-based independent study school environment
  • Willingness to assume leadership in the development of student academic, career and personal/social competencies
  • Provide academic and emotional support for students
  • Experience & desire to use technologies that support student learning including online courses
  • Experience in working with high school and college transcripts desirable

Salary:
Range:
$58,401
  • $103,472 annually.
