Middle/High School Math Teacher

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle/High School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching various subjects, particularly in mathematics. This role involves creating an engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and academic success. The Middle/High School Math Teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans, assessing student performance, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the educational experience. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Teach subjects including Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, and Statistics. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects. Provide individualized support to students to help them achieve their academic goals. Collaborate with fellow educators to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives. Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance and classroom activities. Experience A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required; higher education teaching experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of classroom management techniques and effective teaching strategies. Ability to engage students with diverse learning needs and backgrounds. Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences.
